Burnout

There's always something so beautiful about learning something new.

We were so young and naive and so enegertic and happy.

We were constantly learning things within the field.

We were so stoked and enjoyed by what we have created.

And as Bob Ross once said, "We don't make mistakes, just happy little accidents."

But then, it all came crashing down.

We started to not feel as much joy into our work as it was anymore.

We started to feel like the work has became a chore, a torture in which we have to go through every single day.

Oh no! What the hell is going on!?

Well, nothing is really going on.

You are just going through something that any one of us will eventually do at some point:

A burnout.

Burnout, at first, seems like one of those things that are simply irreversible.

It seems like we will never enjoy things that once we do anymore.

But then, time flies, things change, we change, and, most importantly, we went back to our work.

While we don't feel as much fun as we did before, it feels like we have grown up a bit more as a person.

So, instead of scaring away or suffering even longer, maybe try to take a little break and rest a little bit.

You don't quit your passion, you just take a rest from it.
