Going outside when I am stressed

Like a lot of people these days, I get stressed quite often.

The homework are hard. There are too much homework. The deadline of that one essay is tomorrow. I can't finish my programming project, etc.

In those moments, what I would like to do is to go outside, and take a deep breath, and go around the neighborhood.

For some reason, there's this feeling of relax, of freedom every time I walked out feeling stressful.

It just releases all the tensions, all the stress, and let your mind be relaxed.

So yeah, if you are feeling stressed because of that one task that seems impossible to finish, maybe take a walk, or do some outdoor activities. It helps with your brain and your mental health.
